Using Daynara
Daynara is an internal staff and site operations platform for property management companies. It's built for your own team, building managers, technicians, admin staff, and similar, not for residents, JMBs, or the general public. Access is by invitation through your own company's account.
Accounts and subscriptions
Onboarding is handled directly, not through self-serve signup. Once your company is live, your own System Admin manages your team's accounts and access within the platform.
Subscriptions run on a monthly billing cycle, invoiced directly, with payment by bank transfer per the details on each invoice. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month unless cancelled beforehand.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation at any time by contacting hello@daynara.my. Once processed, your company's access is suspended, your own team will no longer be able to sign in, though your data is retained for a reasonable period afterward in case you'd like it exported or the account reinstated.
Your data
Your company owns the data your team enters into Daynara, tasks, staff records, chat logs, attendance, and reports. We don't use it for anything beyond operating the platform for you, and don't sell or share it. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
You're responsible for what your own team enters and for keeping your team's login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Daynara is for legitimate internal operations use. Please don't attempt to disrupt the service, access data outside your own company's account, or use the platform for anything unlawful.
Availability
We aim to keep Daynara reliably available, but as with any hosted software, occasional downtime for maintenance or updates is possible. We'll try to keep disruption to a minimum and communicate meaningful outages directly.
Liability
Daynara is provided as a tool to support your operations, not a guarantee of any particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the period the issue arose.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below and let active clients know directly.
